As a Sr. Compliance Analyst and UAT Tester, you will conduct 508 Compliance and UAT Testing for web pages and Networked IT Systems to ensure governance compliance and accessibility in support of the customer's cloud migration efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 508 testing and assessment for web pages and IT system using JAWS, Jaws Inspect and Common Look, Selenium, Python and other tools, as applicable.
  • Document test results so that the team and external vendors/personnel may use to remediate findings to ensure compliance.
  • Perform remediation of artifacts for all types of documents including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Videos, Websites, Webinars, Online Learning Modules, etc.
  • Remediate with quality and efficiency based upon HHS Accessibility Compliance Checklist.
  • Adhere to best practices and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies to align with 508 Program and Operational needs.
  • Automate testing where feasible.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams
  • Provide Weekly and on-demand Status Reports on work performed.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of related experience in Compliance & Testing
  • 3+ years of experience working in large scale, enterprise organizations
  • Experience analyzing test results and suggesting mitigations/strategies
  • Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.
  • Must have resided in the United States of America in the three (3) of the past five (5) years.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience using JAWS.
  • SCRUM and KanBan Agile Methodologies
  • Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Teams.

The likely salary range for this position is $78,200 - $105,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
