🚀 Develop and foster new relationships for Beamery through strategic account-based selling efforts.
🚀 Navigate key senior decision-makers within the enterprise account segment to identify opportunities and drive sales.
🚀 Lead in-depth conversations with decision-makers about the Talent/HR transformation strategy needs of renowned brands.
🚀 Initiate, negotiate, and secure new customers while also driving growth within the existing customer base through product and usage upsells.
🚀 Provide strategic guidance to customers, supporting their talent transformation agenda and identifying opportunities for expansion.
🚀 Experience successfully selling SaaS solutions; a huge plus if you have sold Talent, HCM/HR software solutions or have a foundation in Recruitment, Talent or HR
🚀 Proven credibility consulting and authentically engaging with C-Suite level decision makers (e.g. CHRO, CPO, VP Talent, etc)
🚀 Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts.
🚀 Experience navigating complex sales cycles, bringing in seven-figure deals, and building lasting relationships with global brands.
🚀 Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
🚀 Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and internal priorities.
The salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 plus uncapped commission, dependent on experience & location.

🌍 Beamery Explore: Work from another country for up to 25 days each year
🐥 6 months of full pay for primary caregivers (parental, surrogacy & adoption)
