Elliott/Drinkward Construction, Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated Account Executive to join our team in Hawthorne, California. As a premier union framing contractor with 41 years of experience, we take pride in delivering over 16 million square feet of affordable and market-rate housing in Southern California.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business decisions.
• Provide support for accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in administrative duties related to finance and accounting.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in finance or accounting is a plus.
• Strong skills in accounting and finance.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient in customer service with the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus, though not required.
• Familiarity with financial software and accounting tools.

Salary & Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from $2,827 to $3,185, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
