Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, ambitious individual to join our team as an entry-level Accounting Admin. This role involves supporting our accounting department with various administrative tasks and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Assist in balancing balance sheets and income statements
• Keep accurate records of assets and liabilities
• Filing accounting related documents
• Assist with various accounting-related tasks 

Skills:

• Must be highly detail oriented - ensuring precision with tasks
• Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (Excel)
• Proficient computer and technology skills including in MS Office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, college courses or degree is a plus
• Experience in accounts payable and/or accounting/accounting related field is a plus
• Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.

Additional Information

Proposed Salary: $43 - 48 k annual
