Aston Carter is hiring for an Accounting Assistant $20-21/hr.
- Job Description: As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
