Pay Range: $17.49to $24.48 

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Part-Time Marketing Advertising Assistant #677

Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Marketing Department has an opening for a Part-Time Marketing Advertising Assistant. This person will be responsible for assisting in the marketing support of our retail stores. This includes signage for promotions, food service, pricing, information, human resources, and food safety:

• Communicate with 850plus stores through e-mail and phone calls to assist with signage requests and questions.
• Prepare weekly signage to be sent out to stores. This includes kitting items, labeling items and communicating with the mail room on what and where to send signs.
• Organize signage office and maintain inventor
• Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
• Assist with tasks in content management system
• Work with all co-workers in the marketing department to assistant with variety of tasks as time allows

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Knowledge of personal computers and related software ,
• Proficent in Excel 
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Any type of work experience featuring communication skills and organization
• Knowledge of internal structure, systems, services, and mission statement of the company
• Ability to interact with coworkers and customers
• Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
