Job Description

We are excited to welcome passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time AP Micro and Macro Economics Tutors! We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized tutoring that makes a difference in our students' educational journeys.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 3 years of prior teaching or tutoring experience, ideally in AP Economics or similar subjects.
Availability: A flexible schedule, especially after 12 PM on weekdays, to accommodate students' needs.
Expertise: Deep understanding of the AP Economics exams and experience in creating effective lesson plans and managing tutoring timelines.
Education: A Bachelor's degree (or higher) from a respected university.
Transportation: Reliable access to transportation, with the ability to travel to students' homes.
Personality: A fun, positive, and engaging attitude, with strong interpersonal skills that make learning enjoyable.
Commitment: A minimum commitment of 1 year to work with students and grow with the team.

Service Locations: We are looking for tutors who can work in the following areas:

Westside: Santa Monica, Brentwood, Palisades, West LA, Beverly Hills, Bel Air
SF Valley: Sherman Oaks
Remote: Online tutoring via Zoom is also an option.

Compensation:

Pay ranges from $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Tutors with teaching credentials, advanced degrees, or additional relevant experience will be eligible for the higher pay rate.
