Job Description

Our client in Evendale is looking for 1st shift Assemblers.  This is light Industrial machine assembly.  Ideal candidates will be able to follow diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to assemble parts on the assembly line and ultimately put together entire machines. Must be good in math and using hand tools. Attention to detail and pride in quality work is a must.  Prior assembly work is preferred.  Experience in some sort of assembly, including building crates, doing small engine repairs, working on farm equipment, etc., is required. 

Details:

• 1st shift, M-F, 7 AM -3:30 PM
• $16.50/hour
• Temp to Hire
• Start date is tentatively 01/13/25

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior mechanical assembly experience is preferred; if not, then some construction experience will suffice...good mechanical skills
• Able to organize and complete multiple assignments while working under time constraints.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Must have strong work ethic and a high energy level.
• Self-starter: biased for action, results, and detail-oriented.
• Basic Computer skills required
• Ability to work with a diversified workforce.

Essential Physical Functions: 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
• Regularly required to stand, bend, and reach.
• Work performed in a fast-paced shop environment
