Job Title: Assistant Women's Basketball Coach
Department: Athletics
Reports To: Women's Basketball Head Coach
Stipend : $4,000

SUMMARY
The qualified candidate will assist the head coach in maintaining a highly competitive
Acrobatics program including the recruitment of prospective scholar-athletes,
practice planning and coaching, organization, and in-game coaching. Will support
student-athletes excellence by encouraging academic progress towards graduation.
This position is a stipend position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist with scouting, recruiting, and retention of student-athletes.
● Assist with the development of team strategy and analyze the performance of
student-athletes.
● Assist with organizing and practice planning
● Adhere to the guidelines and policies of Washington Adventist University &
the NAIA
● Stipends payments will begin in October & March
● Will be ready to lead out in games in the absence of the Head Coach
● Other duties as assigned.
