AT&T Customer Service Representative (On-Site Position)

Are you ready to take on a role that allows you to directly engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and develop valuable skills in sales and customer service? We’re looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as AT&T Customer Service Representatives ! This is an on-site, customer service and sales-based position where you’ll be working face-to-face with customers, addressing their needs, and promoting relevant products to enhance their experience.

As an entry-level representative, you’ll receive hands-on training across a variety of areas, including customer service, account support, retail, and outside sales. Our goal is to develop well-rounded team members who are confident in managing tasks and taking initiative within a fast-paced environment. This role is not a call center position – it’s an exciting opportunity to build direct relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting AT&T products to local businesses.
  • Product Education & Sales: Educate customers on the benefits of AT&T products and services, making thoughtful recommendations to improve their operations.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving account issues.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Identify client challenges and resolve account-related issues with solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client value by offering relevant products and services.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with the sales team to suggest improvements that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday
