Family Law Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and adoption.
* Provide compassionate, client-centered advocacy while ensuring efficient and effective legal solutions.
* Collaborate with a talented team of attorneys on complex cases involving high-asset property division and contested custody matters.
* Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in family law or a related practice area.
* Active bar licensure in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility for reciprocal admission).
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients during emotionally charged situations.
* Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
* A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to professional growth.
