About the Role

We’re seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Pre-Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager to support a fast-moving PI practice. You’ll manage pre-suit files from intake through demand, serve as a key liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, and keep cases organized, accurate, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pre-litigation case management: intake, client onboarding, conflict checks, and file setup.
• Serve as primary client contact (including Spanish-speaking clients); provide updates, gather facts, and maintain exceptional service.
• Request, track, and summarize medical records/bills; monitor treatment; identify liens and subrogation issues.
• Draft correspondence and demand packages; organize exhibits and supporting evidence (photos, estimates, police reports, witness info).
• Communicate with providers, insurers, and adjusters; calendar deadlines and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate notes in case management systems; prepare reports for attorneys and leadership.
• Assist with e-filing and trial-prep tasks as needed (pre-suit focus, with occasional litigation support).
• Uphold firm policies, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required, able to speak and write professionally in both languages.
• 2+ years of PI pre-litigation case management or related legal support experience preferred.
• Experience with trial preparation and e-filing systems a plus.
• Strong drafting, proofreading, and document review skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook); OneNote experience is a plus.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
• Foundational knowledge of personal injury (criminal law familiarity a plus).
