The Ultimate Etsy Course is a fast-paced online business dedicated to providing top-tier education for entrepreneurs. Our CEO is involved in high-level partnerships, events, and summits, requiring a proactive and highly organized assistant to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

**About the Role:**

We are looking for a **highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented** **Brand & Executive Assistant** to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive assistance, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time role with **growth opportunities** into a leadership position over time.

This is a **full-time** remote role.

**We are looking for a** **Brand & Executive Assistant** **specifically with these requirements:**

* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
* Experience in online business, coaching, education, or digital marketing is a plus.
* Experience supporting CEOs, founders, or high-level executives is preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
* Experience with Canva, Notion, and Google Forms/Surveys.
* Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, Pabbly, Showit, or WordPress is a plus.
* Ability to learn new processes and optimize existing ones.
* Confident decision-maker who can anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
* Strong professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Comfortable working in US time zones (8 AM - 4 PM PST) and responding quickly on Slack.
* Available outside working hours and on-call, as needed.

**Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):**

* Manage CEO’s schedule, emails, and appointments, acting as a gatekeeper.
* Assist with summits, webinars, and sponsorship acquisition.
* Grow and manage affiliate partnerships & payouts (goal: 500+ affiliates in a year).
* Secure 2-4 speaking events per month and 3-4 media placements per month.
* Track progress on key initiatives, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
* Handle personal tasks, itineraries, and coordination.
* Respond to the CEO within seconds to 2 minutes during business hours.
* Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and optimize processes.
