We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will Support the ERP Operations Team by writing process documentation- process flows, M&Ps, Standards, as well as writing and translating business requirements. The project BSA will be responsible for capturing business and system requirements, documenting processes, and executing a change management plan including training, communications, and adoption strategies—for Construction and Field teams to drive user engagement. This is a remote role working mostly CST hours. Qualified candidates must live in the United States to qualify and not require any visa sponsorship.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 month+ consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $65-80/hour on 1099. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
