This role is for a Registered Nurse Case Manager in an Emergency Room setting. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team within a fast-paced acute care hospital environment. The position requires a minimum of two years of inpatient acute care experience and floating between various units (ICU, PCU, ED, Family Birth, Adult Medical) is required.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in various units (ICU, PCU, ED, Family Birth, Adult Medical).
- Performing patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Managing patient cases, including discharge planning and coordination of care.
- Floating between units as needed to meet facility needs.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state or a compact state.
- Minimum of two years of inpatient acute care experience.
- BLS certification.
- CCM or ACM certification preferred.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with Milliman Guidelines or InterQual Criteria.
Special Considerations:
- Floating between ICU, PCU, ED, Family Birth, and Adult Medical units is required.
- Every other weekend (EOW) is required.
- Inpatient acute care experience is a hard stop requirement.
- No on-call requirements.
- Return to work (RTO) restrictions are preferred to be under seven days.
Scheduling:
- 3 twelve-hour shifts per week.
- Shift times are variable.
