Experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

• Capable of managing project schedules ensuring meeting deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong supervisory skills
• Ability to mentor junior engineers
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with business and engineering software programs
• Experience with public project presentation
• Experience preparing site design, grading, stormwater analysis and general utility design.
• Prepare Notices of Intent and stormwater reports.
• Design of subsurface disposal systems
• Coordinate and collaborate with other team members.
• Coordinate tasks directly with clients
• Capable of ensuring compliance with applicable zoning
• Attend public meetings and hearings
• Assist land surveying department as necessary

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• BSCE
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• EIT required/PE preferred

REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS

• AutoCAD
• HydoCAD
• SurvCAD
• Microsoft Office Suite
