Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent Clerical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of clerical tasks to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, and operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier).
• Maintain an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Utilize interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with nurses, physicians, and staff as necessary.
• Interact with patients throughout the day, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in clerical work.
• Typing speed of at least 50 keystrokes per minute.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of clerical tasks as needed.
