Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Phoenix, AZ . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Provides customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate set-up of ongoing maintenance and support of client accounts for both H&B and COBRA.
  • Maintains a knowledge of the products and services supported by the Agency.
  • Ensures timely and accurate problem resolution in support of Agency client retention goals.
  • Initiating a timely set-up process of all documentation related to the client account's setup and maintenance.
  • Researching and resolving product and service issues from the field and our clients.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of client's financial and insurance transactions.
  • Establishing, managing, and maintaining positive and professional relationships with the client insurance carriers and all external and internal partners.
  • Responding to inbound calls and placing outbound calls as necessary by the business unit.
  • Maintains accurate recording of all internal and external communication.
  • Maintaining documents and records to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal insurance regulations.
  • Providing necessary documentation to state and federal insurance agencies and our partners.
  • Utilize multiple computer software applications with carrier and bureau websites' internal systems, including HRIS and ORS, to respond to all client inquiries.
  • Performing data input, maintaining good prioritization and organizational skills, and professional communications.
  • Participating in product-related projects or training sessions as necessary.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with health insurance.
  • Good Technical background utilizing multiple software applications.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
