Advanced Clinical Pharmacist – BMT | Full-Time | Days

Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $61.78–$80.32 per hour (Based on Experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (Paid in Installments with a 2-Year Commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Available (Case-by-Case Basis)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist with expertise in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT), and CAR-T therapy . This role focuses on patient-centered medication management, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration in an advanced oncology and transplant setting.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Patient Care & Medication Management

• Develop and manage medication therapies for BMT, cellular therapy, and CAR-T patients.
• Oversee the coordination and administration of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications .
• Ensure evidence-based medication therapies for optimal patient outcomes.

✔ Clinical Expertise & Consultation

• Serve as a resource for BMT/Cellular Therapy teams, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals .
• Provide pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations during multidisciplinary rounds.

✔ Operational & Quality Improvement

• Verify medication orders and oversee Pharmacy Technician workflow .
• Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and best practices .
• Lead quality projects related to oncology and transplant pharmacy .

Qualifications

🔹 Education: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) required
🔹 Licensure: Active Florida Pharmacy License required
🔹 Certifications:

• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred
  🔹 Experience:
• Recent acute hospital pharmacist experience (within the last year)
• Expertise in BMT, TCT, and CAR-T therapy required
• Completion of a residency in oncology or a related field preferred
  🔹 Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills
