Key Responsibilities

• Process Development & Optimization: Design, configure, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential process risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
• Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Quality & Standards Compliance: Monitor processes to ensure adherence to applicable industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements .
• Customer & Vendor Interaction: Collaborate daily with customers and suppliers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure process alignment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Review and integrate Regulatory & Statutory requirements , ensuring proper documentation flow-down through Job Travelers and other production controls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in CNC process engineering, manufacturing, or production engineering .
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and process optimization .
• Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or other industry-specific standards .
• Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications .
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
