Commercial Construction Estimator

Join a highly respected General Contractor as an Estimator for exciting commercial construction projects!

Estimator Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in estimating ground-up commercial Healthcare construction projects.
* A degree is preferred but not required.
* Responsible for overseeing profit and loss for assigned projects and developing regular margin projections.
* Develop and manage estimates for multiple simultaneous projects.
* Collaborate with clients and design teams.
* Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes.
