As a Communications Officer, you will lead and shape the digital and traditional communications strategy for a mission-driven institution. \nResponsibilities include developing compelling content, overseeing the execution of communications plans, and collaborating with various departments to engage a diverse, international, and intergenerational audience.\rThe role involves working closely with recruitment, development, and alumni relations teams to attract and engage prospective students, donors, and the broader community, while promoting achievements of students, faculty, and alumni.\rAdditional duties include overseeing editorial content to ensure accessibility, diversity, and alignment with organizational values, managing communications for public events and fundraising campaigns, and supervising content creation for digital and print media to ensure high-quality, on-brand communication.

Requirements:

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience creating content for a variety of audiences.\nStrong knowledge of social media platforms and emerging communication technologies.\rAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively across teams.\nProven ability to supervise and mentor staff, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive team culture.\rKnowledge of branding and messaging strategies, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
