Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manager 12–15 requisitions while keeping the candidate experience top of mind
• Conduct phone screens, lead interviews, and manage offers start to finish
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business goals
• Support compliance and ensure best hiring practices are in place

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience across multiple functions
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Industry knowledge in construction or manufacturing is required
• High energy, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-moving environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive mindset
