Controller

What You’ll Do

As a Controller , you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Managing treasury functions, tax reporting, and audits
• Leading and mentoring a team of three direct reports
• Supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis
• Driving process improvements and cost optimization

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA required
• 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in healthcare or in public accounting with healthcare/medical clients
• Proven leadership experience in managing successful accounting teams
• Expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and budgeting
• Proficiency with Epicor a nice to have

What We Offer

• Competitive salary : $148,000 - $170,000 based on experience
• 10% annual bonus
• Hybrid schedule : 3 days in-office, 2 remote days per week
