Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions.
• Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities, such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls.
• Supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting duties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform tax planning work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills required include complex problem solving, critical thinking, reading comprehension,
  management of financial resources, systems evaluation, and writing for small to medium.
  sized businesses.
• Supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll,
  and budgeting duties.
