Job Description
Our client, an agency in NYC, is looking for a highly organized Creative Program Manager with a strong background in agency environments for a hybrid ongoing contract. The ideal candidate has deep experience in creative operations, resource management, and a solid understanding of software tools used in production workflows. While the focus will be on digital projects, this role also requires familiarity with print production processes. You bring a data-driven mindset to your work, leveraging metrics to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality creative delivery. This role is central to managing the day-to-day orchestration of resources, timelines, and team alignment across fast-paced, cross-functional initiatives. This is a hybrid ongoing contract and requires 2-days/week onsite.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital and print creative projects
- Oversee resource management and capacity planning across creative teams, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between creative, production, account, and technical teams
- Implement and optimize operational processes, tools, and systems to improve workflow and delivery outcomes
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Proactively identify project risks or blockers and implement solutions to keep work on track
- Lead project kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- Analyze performance data and operational metrics to inform process improvements and team productivity
- Ensure that all creative work is aligned with project objectives, brand standards, and client expectations
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience in creative operations, program management, or resource management within a creative or marketing agency
- Strong track record managing digital-first campaigns and assets, with working knowledge of print production
- Proficiency in project management and workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com, Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with agency workflows and timelines, including fast-paced, multi-client environments
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between creatives and technical teams
- Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing shifting priorities and deadlines
