Were looking for a dedicated Cruise Reservations Agent to support travelers in planning and booking cruise vacations. This remote position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and reserving cruise packages that meet their travel preferences, budget, and timeline
• Offer expert knowledge of cruise lines, cabin categories, dining options, and shore excursions
• Manage booking logistics, including payment tracking, changes, and special requests
• Communicate with cruise vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely arrangements
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up throughout the clients travel journey
• Stay updated on travel trends, cruise line policies, and promotional offers
• Stay informed on systems, products, and destination knowledge

Requirements
