Job Type: Full-time -(Must be availabile to work all Weekends )
The Ups Store in north Forsyth county, GA (5290 Matt Hwy) is looking for two customer service associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members and leadership
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
Maintains a clean and safe working environment
QUALIFICATIONS
~ Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
* Strong typing skills
Retail/customer service experience
Good communication and people skills
Able to cross sell and up sell products and services
Strong computer skills
Strong phone skills
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Able to lift 40+ pounds
Non-smoking environment
