As we grow, we’re looking for passionate and outgoing Customer Service Representatives to join our outreach team. In this role, you’ll be a voice for change , engaging with the public at live events, educating communities, and building support for causes that matter.
This is not your typical customer service job. You won't be stuck behind a desk or phone. Instead, you’ll be out in the community— at events, activations, and public spaces—interacting directly with people and sharing the mission of the organizations we represent.
Represent advocacy campaigns and nonprofit initiatives at in-person community events
Deliver impactful, empathetic messaging to educate and engage the public
Build meaningful connections with community members, supporters, and participants
Collaborate with outreach teams to ensure campaign success and visibility
Serve as a professional, positive ambassador for social and community causes
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for social impact, advocacy, or community involvement
Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Quick learner with a proactive mindset in fast-paced environments
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
