Position Summary: The Dealer Support Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial financing needs for Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) dealer customers. Develop a relationship with dealership office managers and other key employees. Become the go-to resource, both internally and for dealer customers, for SFS s Data Scan Funding and Servicing system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enhance dealer experience with Stellantis Financial Services by supporting the daily use of our Dealer Access System (DAS) - e.g. facilitate funding requests and payoffs. Liaison with dealership personnel to ensure accurate loan funding and payment requests. Monitor DAS requests for exception approvals and overrides. Elevate as necessary. Track all account exceptions for periodic exception reporting and review. Lead dealer invoicing for all commercial loan and insurance payments. Reconcile floorplan audit results to necessary dealer payments. Follow up with dealer personnel as needed. Train, activate, and maintain DAS User profiles for proper user rights and related questions/issues. Collaborate with Audit team to establish collateral translation tables for commercial lending takeovers. Analyze OEM drafts to determine DAS loans/payments are in balance with accounting teams for ACH transaction validation. Provide periodic reporting for account reviews, executive updates, and periodic reporting of trial balances and credit line detail at a dealer level. Other duties may be assigned; responsibilities and activities may change. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of auto lending and/or dealer relationship and sales experience. Education: High school diploma and or GED. Skills Required: Motivation and ability to meet customer expectations and demands, both internal and external. Ability to define problems, collect and analyze information in a systematic way in order to identify causes and effects, develop feasible solutions and make good decisions based on good judgment and experience. Ability to focus on performance; manifest energy, enthusiasm, resilience and be dynamic to provide results of your own and help others achieve theirs; close issues, meet expectations, and improve performance. Ability to identify and plan measures to achieve the objectives and quality of service effectively; organize work effectively so that priorities are met; present resources effectively and efficiently and conduct systematic evaluations. Oral, written and presentation communication skills. Proficient in using MS Office. Overtime required weekends as needed. Travel 10-20% - as required on an as needed basis. Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Houston, TX. Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed.
