Closet Factory is the custom storage solution authority serving the need for customized space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom storage around our customer’s needs. For almost 40 years, Closet Factory has been creating dynamic, truly custom organization solutions for our clients. We are experiencing tremendous growth and as a result are opening a Veteran-owned branch in Alcoa, TN serving the Knoxville and surrounding areas. As such, we are looking to develop a passionate & motivated Sales team. We are looking to hire the top candidates. Our established brand and technique sets us apart from competitors due largely to you, and what our Designers can offer the customer. Greater customization, digital presentations, superior construction and empowering you with the ability to negotiate with customers will quickly place you in a position to succeed. A strong commitment to your personal development through industry leading training, education and implementing your feedback will empower you increase your success. This position is HYBRID. You do need to live/go on appointments throughout the local area and be required to attend biweekly meetings at the office, however much of the work can be done from home. Duties and Responsibilities: Present yourself in a courteous, professional manner to clients Present products and services effectively to customers Adapt to meet customer needs/wants Use KCD software to create customized designs Maintain your schedule/availability in Closetware Drive in/around the area of responsibility to meet customers Qualifications for the Position: Must be Trainable/Coachable Basic Computer Skills Must pass a background check Good at networking On time for appointments Sales/Design related experience desired but not required Job Benefits: Industry leading training Benefits Flexible schedules High degree of autonomy Empowered to negotiate price with the customer Cutting edge design technology and support Team-oriented working environment and culture SALARY: Competitive commission-based pay scale.
