Job Description
A document controller is tasked with organizing, maintaining, and managing an organizations documents. This involves systematically tracking, storing, distributing, and updating documents to ensure the correct version is accessible to the right people at the right time. They often use document management software to keep accurate records and control access to sensitive information. Key responsibilities include collecting, scanning, filing, and distributing documents while following established procedures and retention policies.

Proficient within Microsoft Suite null
