Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D technical drawings and blueprints for construction, structural, and material layout projects .
• Interpret and revise architectural and engineering plans based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software to produce detailed schematics and shop drawings.
• Modify existing drawings based on client specifications, material constraints, and field conditions .
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and engineering best practices .
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, revisions, and project details.
• Support estimating and project teams by providing material take-offs and technical details.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Drafter in the construction, engineering, or building materials industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar drafting software .
• Strong understanding of construction methods, structural design, and material applications .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications .
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of concrete formwork, rebar detailing, or structural steel is a plus.
