Job Description

BOSS Audio Systems is a leader in the audio and video equipment industry, providing innovative solutions for the modern consumer. We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence on Amazon Seller Central, focusing on both the U.S. and international markets, driving sales growth and maximizing the potential of these critical channels.

As the e-E-Commerce Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon Seller Central accounts in the U.S. and international markets. You will focus on driving sales growth, developing data-driven strategies, and optimizing performance across multiple regions. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented professional with at least seven years of experience in Amazon Seller Central account management.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of Amazon Seller Central accounts for both U.S. and international markets, including product listings, inventory management, and pricing.
  • Manage weekly promotions and monitor their effectiveness to drive sales across regions.
  • Learn and analyze seasonal trends in the U.S. and international markets to develop proactive strategies for peak periods.
  • Manage A+ Content and other initiatives to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Resolve account issues, such as compliance, account health, and customer feedback, ensuring all accounts operate smoothly across all markets.

Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share on Amazon in both U.S. and international markets.
  • Identify and launch new products tailored to regional trends and market demands.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend actionable insights to maintain a competitive edge globally.

Forecasting And Inventory Planning

  • Analyze sales trends in different regions and use forecasting tools to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment and efficient inventory management for U.S. and international warehouses.

Reporting And Analytics

  • Track and analyze performance metrics for both U.S. and international accounts, including sales, profitability, conversion rates, and advertising ROI.
  • Generate comprehensive reports to communicate account performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in each region.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Advertising Manager on PPC campaigns to ensure alignment with overall account goals across all regions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Amazon account representatives in both the U.S. and international markets to address issues and explore opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, including U.S. and international markets, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce best practices, Amazon algorithms, and operational strategies for global markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools and analytics platforms to interpret data and drive decisions across regions.
  • Proficient in forecasting, inventory planning, and sales projections for both domestic and international markets.
  • Experience managing weekly promotions and analyzing seasonal trends to maximize sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or a related industry is a plus.
