Job Details Seeking an eDiscovery Paralegal for a remote project. Must have experience with Relativity and/or Innovative Driven platforms and strong technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
eDiscovery Management
- Manage vendor relationships and platform access
- Process, QC, and deliver electronic productions
- Administer document workspaces and user access
- Optimize storage to control costs
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Create advanced searches and analytics
- Provide platform training as needed
Claim Management
- Manage pre-litigation claims from intake to resolution
- Draft settlement documents and process payments
- Coordinate between legal team and stakeholders
- Maintain case documentation
Paralegal Support
- Support discovery process and document review
- Draft discovery requests and responses
- Review for responsiveness and privilege
- Create privilege logs and case summaries
Requirements - 3+ years litigation support or eDiscovery experience
- Proficiency with Relativity and/or Innovative Driven
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Remote work capability
- Legal document management experience
