What You Will Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in building client relationships, executing effective campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand visibility in the marketplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
Surpassing weekly performance and growth goals individually and as part of a team
Building and maintaining relationships with both current and prospective clients
Implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns
Participating in marketing strategy discussions and leading breakout sessions
Engaging in professional networking and team development events
Attending industry conferences and career development seminars
Managing and maintaining client accounts with care and consistency

This is an entry level position, so no prior experience is required. Full training and mentorship are provided. However, successful candidates typically bring the following qualities:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Internship experience or prior work in marketing, sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality
Proven success in customer focused roles
Coursework or interest in:
