Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in sales, client relations, and business development. The ideal candidate will assist with sales operations, engage with potential clients, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow processes.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including customer outreach and follow-ups
Maintain and update client records in the system
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
Support in preparing sales presentations and reports
Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide information on products and services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
Track and report sales performance metrics to the management team
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No prior sales experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential
