Job Description

Join 1 Resource Group as an Equipment Mechanic! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled mechanic to provide maintenance and repair services for various types of equipment used in construction and industrial applications. This role is essential in ensuring that our equipment runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic inspections to identify mechanical problems with equipment.
  • Conduct repairs on hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, part replacements, and system check-ups.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to execute repairs and adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all repair activities.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics or apprentices as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in equipment mechanics is preferred.

$32.00-$34.00 hr DOE
