In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring that all logistics run smoothly and client expectations are met. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for event planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, and other special events.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop event timelines and oversee all logistical aspects, including transportation, catering, and accommodations.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring costs remain within allocated budgets.
• Monitor event progress and resolve issues promptly to ensure successful execution.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback to improve future events.
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the event planning process.
