You will also provide crucial support to our outreach and fundraising teams to help meet daily objectives and contribute to overall success. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with assigned tasks both independently and collaboratively within your team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and customers, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Contribute to achieving fundraising goals through active support in community outreach efforts.
• Attend all meetings, workshops, and training sessions to continuously expand your skillset.
• Constantly seek ways to improve cost-effectiveness and enhance customer service.
• Effectively manage customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Prepare detailed, accurate reports on donations and fundraising progress.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Director regarding work progress and key tasks.
• Develop and refine customer service skills to align with the high standards set by Mercurial Inc.
