We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our growing team to service our expanding list of law firm clients..

This individual will support our law firm clients' talent acquisition needs throughout the US using vital internet research and phone networking skills to find exceptional top talent for our clients.

What We Seek

• 1 - 3 Years of Agency Recruiting experience (ideal w/ legal and / or manufacturing recruiting experience) 
• Excellent communication and people skills, personable and positive
• Good listening skills / coachable
  
• Able to consistently hit quota of high-volume outbound outreach (75 - 100 calls per day)
• Able to work independently with little direction to achieve objectives
• Ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients over the telephone (Phone Ninja's do well) 
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
