Couple in Washington, DC looking to hire an experienced Family/Personal Assistant.
The Ideal Candidate:Young family looking for personal/family assistant who can cook healthy meals, take ownership of cleaning the home, laundry, emptying the dishwasher, making beds, etc. This person should be comfortable researching products or services that the family may need (black out blinds, a garage door repair man, etc) and give the family 3 options.
What Works Best for Family: Somebody who is a self starter who doesn't need constant direction, we recently moved into a new home, and need new blinds so we would put them in charge of finding, scheduling and giving us options for the best black out blinds). So it's partially legwork with cooking and cleaning, but partially working on projects for the family. We are also pretty quiet as a family so we don't need somebody to be too outgoing or interactive! Just wanting somebody to get the job done.
