The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a key field-based member of our partner ’ s Patient Services Team. The FRM will act as a main point of contact at designated accounts providing support to Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Staff on behalf of Patients prescribed our partner’s product for approved indications. As a part of this strategy, the FRM will provide on-going education to accounts around our partner’s Patient Services programs, payer landscape, and pharmacy channel access. The FRM will help coordinate pull-through efforts for patients who have been prescribed our partner’s product, provided proper HIPAA consent has been secured. The FRM will be the primary face of the Access Services information and platforms for their assigned geographies within designated HCP offices. The FRM is also responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to optimize access to our partner’s product for patients and healthcare providers (HCP).
