Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the assigned department through effective indexing and storage of closing loan documents. Maintains the file room and identifies files for shredding or storage dependent on state requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Collects closing loan documents after collateral team review to prepare for filing room
organization.
2. Organizes and maintains filing system by correspondent, agency, or government groups.
Ensures documents are organized alphabetically and correctly for streamlined identification and
retrieval.
3. Retrieves closing files as requested by processing, funding, imaging and investor delivery teams
to obtain documents for re‐scanning. Requires fast turn times in order to fulfill missing document
requests to clear funding conditions and/or fulfill investor delivery requirements.
4. Identifies files using reports meeting all requirements for purging from the file room into secure
shredding bins. Maintains strict confidentiality of document contents.
5. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base pay for this role is $18.70/hour.
