Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor I, the Information Technology Associate works at the journey level and performs a variety of tasks related to the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of information technology systems and services used by Medical Board (MBC) employees, licensees, and the public. The incumbent also uses Microsoft SQL Server and Google Analytics in reporting and analyzing data from the supported applications. This position is in the Software Engineering domain.
