Pay: Up to $22/hr-$26/hr, DOE

What Youll Do:
Were looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional who can manage all aspects of bookkeeping and collaborate with our tax team to provide seamless financial services.

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and assist with year-end reporting.
• Maintain and update general ledgers and financial records.
• Support the tax team with accurate and timely financial data.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships while addressing financial inquiries.

What You Need to Have:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an accounting or tax-focused environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
