Job role : Full Stack Developer

Duration : 6 Months Contact

Location : Menlo Park, CA 3 days onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Golang and TypeScript/JavaScript to join our team. The role involves working on proprietary systems, requiring proficiency in both backend and frontend development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support homegrown, native technologies.
  • Review testing areas to identify needs and implement solutions.
  • Utilize strong backend development skills with Golang .
  • Leverage frontend technologies with TypeScript / JavaScript to create robust user experiences.
  • Develop, design, and execute automated test plans, scenarios, and frameworks.
  • Ensure high-quality output by verifying automated tests and building stable software solutions.
  • Advocate for testing principles across the team to ensure consistent monitoring and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Technical Skills:
    • Strong Golang development experience (3 5 years preferred).
    • Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript for frontend development.
    • Hands-on knowledge of modern test methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Playwright experience preferred).
    • Expertise in backend and API automation.
    • Familiarity with both functional and non-functional testing approaches.
  2. Experience:
    • 2 3 years of development experience with a master's degree in Computer Science or 3 5 years of SWE experience.
    • Agile development experience.
  3. Attributes:
    • Self-starter, proactive, and independent problem solver.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to document and troubleshoot effectively.
    • A mindset geared towards identifying and addressing gaps in testing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Biotech and Regulatory Environment experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for enhanced deployment automation.
  • Code modernization techniques and adapting legacy systems to modern frameworks.
  • Experience with proprietary or custom-built tools and platforms.
