Salary: $18-$20 an hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Glass Installer to join our team and facilitate the installation of glass and cable rail systems in both residential and commercial projects. This role involves hands-on craftsmanship, customer interaction, and problem-solving in the field.

What You’ll Do:

• Install glass and cable rail systems on residential and commercial sites
• Work with various materials including wood, metal, glass, and cable
• Ensure installations meet job quality standards and customer expectations
• Report any jobsite/property damage prior to departure
• Collaborate with operations to optimize routing and job efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and customer site requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Craftsmanship experience and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and resolve field-related issues
• Positive attitude and motivation to work on a piecework plan
• Solid math skills (basic geometry)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to train (backgrounds in glazing or door installation welcome)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Proven safety record
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
