Operations Supervisor - Grain Elevator

Salary: $70k-$115k + Company Vehicle & Full Benefits

Are you an experienced grain operations professional looking for your next big opportunity? Gpac has partnered with a highly respected Co-op in Northern Illinois, and they are urgently seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple grain elevator locations. This role offers tremendous growth potential, with the chance to move into a Location Manager position in the next year and even further to a General Manager role in a few years!

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee operations at multiple grain elevator locations (10-12MM BU annually)
* Supervise staff and lead on-the-job training
* Ensure safety, quality control, and maintenance protocols are followed
* Manage truck dispatch and coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and rail cars
* Travel between locations as needed using a company vehicle

What You Bring:

* Experience in grain elevator operations
* A positive, motivated attitude with leadership capabilities
* Flexibility to relocate or live within a reasonable distance to Donovan, IL or nearby Indiana
* Desire for career advancement in a growing organization
