Position Description:
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. This position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team, and reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

QualificationsJob Requirements:
Education: High School required, Associates preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-c are facility preferred. Staff Scheduling experience strongly preferred.
